Job Description

Answer and direct phone calls & Provide general support to visitors.

Maintain contact lists and Conduct data entry

Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, Email ,copying, , scanning, etc.

Order office supplies

Prepare Daily reports

Provide information by answering questions and requests

Generate reports

Cover the reception desk

Provide polite and professional communication

Implement clerical duties and administrative processes


Job Requirements

Bachelors degree

Proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant

Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques

High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Integrity and professionalism

Proficiency in MS Office

Good in English
