Job Purpose

Establish and manage a microfinance loan portfolio of the highest value and quality, ensuring full compliance with the bank's policies and procedures to achieve branch and sector objectives

Job Responsibilities

Actively market microfinance products to target customers within the branch coverage area

Conduct thorough background checks on prospective client before loan approval via field visits or centralized inquiries and prepare comparative reports

Participate in the loan approval decision as part of the branch loan committee to evaluate repayment capacity, business viability, and creditworthiness based on standardized assessment studies

Perform continuous follow-ups with existing customers and generate periodic (monthly) monitoring reports to ensure portfolio health

Collect dues from delinquent clients to safeguard bank assets

Adhere to internal work regulations and maintain administrative, financial, technical controls in accordance with approved policies

Coordinate with the team to ensure high portfolio quality and consistently meet required performance targets

Maintain and archive all documents and files related to the financing portfolio

Comply with all product-specific policies, procedures, and standing instructions

Qualifications

Years Of Experience: From 1-5 Years of Experience in Micro Finance / Sales
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree
Excellent command of PC skills
Have good Soft Skills (Communication and Presentation)
