Enter text and figures into company spreadsheets and/or databases
Handle confidential information and data
Maintain database by entering new and updated customer and account information
Establish entry priorities.
Update, manage, and organize internal files and documents like handbooks, operations manuals, and reports.
Maintain customer accounts.
Scan and organize documents for filing purposes.
Process and update sales invoices.
Identify and correct data entry errors.
Registering Students’ names regarding Pearson BTEC Qualifications on the Edexcel Online Learning “EOL” System.
Forming a Portfolio for each student containing his assignments and achievements.
Receiving Assignments of Pearson BTEC units from the unit team leader and reviewing it according to Standards.
Delivering the assignments samples to the internal verifiers according to IV’s Matrix.
Recording students’ assignment results on the units’ tracking sheets.
Recording students’ final assignment results on The EOL system.
Perform general office duties like filing documents, answering phones, and ordering supplies.
Keeping The students’ assignments in the places designated for them.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any related field required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Very good English level of spoken and written.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
At least 1 year of experience working as a data entry specialist.
Exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to spot errors with accuracy and efficiency.
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with staff members.
Solid time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Excellent typing skills and experience working with Windows, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
