Tasks and responsibilities
Posting of the entries related to Fixed assets, Payables, Receivables, Prepayments, accruals, and taxes.
Ensure the accuracy of vendor’s accounts ( Both foreign, Local )
Perform vendor reconciliation in both local and foreign currency periodically.
Following up on the rental expenses and ensuring its accuracy
Ensure that all repetitive payments are released on a timely basis.
Assist the internal auditor and the tax consultant with any needed data.
Assist the Finance manager in the preparation of any kind or reports, breakdowns, and analysis.
Assist in the preparation of the monthly financial reporting package.
Assist in the preparation of the annual master budget.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any related field
6 -10 years of experience
Retail experience is a plus
Excellent command of the English language.
Advanced MS office application user.
High Analytical skills.
Multitasker, can work under pressure
Good communication skills.
