We are searching for a high‑energy, field-oriented Account Manager who thrives outside the office and is ready to get hands-on to drive our rocket‑ship trajectory

🎯 What You’ll Do
As an Account Manager at bluworks, you won’t just be behind a screen. You will be the strategic partner our customers see face-to-face. You will be responsible for driving adoption on the ground and ensuring our solution fits seamlessley into our clients' daily operations

You will
Be the Face of bluworks: Conduct frequent onsite visits to client HQs, factories, and branches to build strong relationships with decision-makers and frontline users

Lead Onsite Implementations: Manage the rollout process physically at client sites to ensure rapid time-to-value

Flexible Availability: Support client needs during their peak operational hours, which may include evenings or variable shifts depending on the industry

Expand Our Reach: Travel extensively outside of Cairo to manage and grow accounts in different governorates

Drive Activation: actively troubleshoot and train users on the ground to guarantee product adoption

Spot Opportunities: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during your site visits and business reviews

Collaborate: Relay on-the-ground feedback to Product, Sales, and Tech to elevate the customer journey

 Who You Are
You bring the energy, the drive, and the startup grit. You are a "road warrior" who dislikes sitting at a desk all day and thrives in a high-mobility environment

You’ll shine if you have
2+ years in Account Management, Field Sales, or a high-impact client-facing role

High Mobility : Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time (domestic travel) and visit clients in industrial or remote zones

Flexibility : Ability to adapt your working hours to meet client schedules, including potential late-day meetings or urgent onsite support

A track record of owning relationships and driving measurable growth

Excellent communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills

Bonus: Experience in HR tech, logistics, or working with blue-collar workforces
