Summary
To provide university students with practical exposure to the workplace through hands-on learning, departmental support, and participation in real business activities
The role allows interns to understand business operations, develop professional skills, and contribute to assigned tasks or projects during the summer internship period
Department placement will be determined based on both HR evaluation and the intern's field of study
Tasks
Support the assigned team with daily administrative or operational tasks
Collect, organize, and update data or documents
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, trackers, or summaries
Attend meetings or briefings when required
Take meeting notes and follow up on action items
Conduct basic research or benchmarking when needed
Support simple analysis or process mapping activities
Shadow employees to understand workflows and business practices
Complete assigned tasks within agreed timelines
Share observations or improvement ideas when relevant
Education
University student, preferably in third or fourth year
Open to different academic backgrounds depending on the assigned function
Experience
Previous internship, volunteering, student activity, or project experience is a plus
