Provide accurate information about Talaat Mostafa Group's properties, services, policies, and procedures

Assist customers in understanding the company's offerings and guide them through the process of purchasing or leasing properties

Handle and resolve customer issues, documenting interactions in the CRM system

Collaborate with sales agents and other team members to provide a seamless customer experience

Schedule property viewings and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction

Maintain a high level of knowledge about the company’s listings, services, and real estate market trends

Experience: 0-2 years in customer service, call center, or related field; experience in real estate is a plus

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Active listening skills with the ability to understand client needs

Ability to stay organized, multitask, and handle high volumes of calls or messages

Familiarity with CRM or call center software is beneficial

Positive attitude, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork orientation
