About the Internship:
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: To passionately support the commercial, marketing teams in identifying, developing, and implementing strategies for the profitable growth of the adidas.
Key Responsibilities:
Support in Execution of the GTM (Go to Market) Strategy
Sales Data analysis, sell through, product replenishment, comp growth
Elaborate innovative sales concepts and solutions.
Monitor and report on customers and competitor’s activities and propose/initiate/take actions.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Basic knowledge of Advertising & Marketing fields
Interest in Fashion/ Sports industry
IT skills: MS Office (user knowledge) – advanced knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint
Fluent English
Very good communication skills
Detailed-oriented
Flexibility and reliability
Effective communication skills
Ability to be part of a team
Strong organizational skills
Your Profile:
Bachelor’s degree student, Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship - expected to graduate 2026 & 2027
Internship program is open for all majors. Students applying should be willing to have hands-on tasks related to business, commercial & marketing functions
Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
Passionate about Fashion/ Sports/ Retail industry
