Job Description

Execute of all cash transactions.

Provide customers with Operational requests & inquiries related to their transactions.

Verify the customers’ information to match with the system.

Provide customers with courteous service at all times.

Maintain an error-free service.

Responsible for the end-of-shift cash sub-safe reconciliation with the main vault custodian.


Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.

0-1 year of experience in Customer service.

Proven ability to work with Microsoft Office.

Good Communication Skills.

Customer Focus skills.

Military service certificate. (Completed /Exempted)
