Support business strategy to well position the brand
Amongst competition via a well-structured branches network, multichannel communication and marketing operations by deploying latest banking communication approaches to ensure optimal customer experience.
Brand MIDBANK new/existing branches and ATMs and ensure MIDBANK image is maintained across all networks and supporting them with necessary marketing collaterals
Lead on and partner with a range of stakeholders: Branch managers, staff members, agencies, suppliers, designers, production houses and partner organizations to better position our branches brand image.
Support business requirements and goals and thinking of tools and projects to help them achieve their overall target and fulfill requirements.
Follow up on the production of branches’ marketing collaterals including signage, flags, posters, light boxes and roll ups in addition to branches’ digital screens and flyers availability.
Perform an ongoing inspection for all MIDBANK branches throughout the year to maintain the positive image of the network & and make sure they abide by the Marketing guidelines.
Seek opportunities for the best service providers in terms of materials’ quality & price and investigate competition.
Ensure compliance with all relevant CBE regulations.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing and/or Communications
A clear understanding of Branches Network, Multichannel and marketing operations
1 to 2 years of proven experience in Marketing
Strong communication skills, oral and writing
Strong Project management skills
Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills
Provide exceptional customer service through professionalism, ownership and initiative
Show commitment to team through collaboration and positive, proactive communication
