Job Scope :
Work closely with assigned clients in various industries to assess general accounting needs
Prepare reports, returns and other documents as required, including sales and use tax reports, payroll tax reports, business property statements, year-end tax forms, monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements and other reports required by clients.
Maintains and records a complete and systematic set of business transactions.
Supervises the work of a small number of clerical personnel assigned to the financial record-keeping unit.
Records day-to-day financial transactions and completes the posting process.
Prepare the finance department to prepare monthly accounting records from source document to balance sheet.
Administer and process payroll for clients, including updating payroll systems with new and terminated employee information, pay rates and deductions; collecting, reviewing and verifying time sheets; processing and completing the payroll cycle .
understand all aspects of payroll, financial statement presentation, accounting procedures and various integrations.
Prepare Taxes documents.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
1 year of experience at least at the same position
Very good command of English
Excellent communication skills
Very good experience with Word & Excel
ATS experience is a Plus
