Job Description

Perform administrative and office support activities for Marketing Department.

Develop and produce PowerPoint presentations or Excel spreadsheets as requested by VP Global Marketing

Generate reports using Excel

Act as an administrative support resource for the Group VP of Marketing & Strategy

Create, update and maintain a catalog of marketing materials for prospective client’s presentation materials for existing clients

Assist with technical issues and contact appropriate vendors as necessary (copiers, faxes, computers, phones, ENO Boards, laptops)

Recruit, train, and supervise internship programs

Work in parallel with other departments such as Finance, Production, Quality and Customer service.

Website editing (add/remove content to our website as needed)

Additional duties may include content creation, email and newsletter communications and social media.

Job Requirements

Must have ability to handle numerous tasks in an efficient and timely manner

1 year of marketing, event planning, or similar experience preferred

Excellent phone skills - pleasant, and helpful

Exercises professionalism, poise and tact in all verbal and written correspondence with internal and external customers

Professional maturity, poise and integrity in all day-to-day interactions with other department employees, senior management, Networks and Corporate, numerous internal and external clients

Maintains confidentiality of privileged and sensitive information related to the company and personnel

An ability to work well with and manage a number of different personalitiesl

Good verbal English communication with clients if needed is a must
