Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Analyst. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, understanding key business drivers and KPIs, creating detailed financial models, conducting company valuations and feasibility studies and writing financial reports.
The Financial Analyst will be located in Polygon Business Park – Sheikh Zayed (West Cairo)
Analyze financial data and report on financial performance
Analyze past results, perform variance analysis and identify trends
Reviewing and analyzing financial statements and reports
Understanding key business drivers and KPIs
Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
Creating detailed financial models (full set of financial statements)
Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions to your team for optimization of forecasts
Perform market research, data mining, business intelligence to extract data on comparable companies and comparable transactions in relation to relevant sectors – Database CapIQ
Conduct comparable analysis and market research to support internal financial analysis
Perform company valuations using various valuation approaches
Supporting client meetings and presentations
Communicating with clients and responding to their inquiries
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics or equivalent experience
0 – 3 years’ financial analysis and modeling experience
Professional certification candidate (e.g. CFA) is a plus
Advanced knowledge of Excel
