Job Description

White Orchid, a well known company for importing and exporting flowers in Egypt that was established in 2002, is looking for Sales & Customer Service Agent

Engaging customers through Calls, WhatsApp, emails and social networks.

Receiving and processing orders in an accurate and efficient manner

Communicating with internal and external suppliers in different conutries

Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction

Effectively resolving customer inquiries

Managing the E-Commerce Content Management Systems

Monitoring daily operations of E-Commerce transactions

Educating customers on using our e-commerce system

Communicate with storage management to ensure customer requirements are met

Coordinating with E-Commerce and Digital Marketing teams

Providing daily and monthly reports

Creating and sending invoices for the clients.

Other duties as assigned

Fixed Shift (9 AM - 5 PM) - Friday is off.

Work Location: Hegaz Street, Heliopolis.

Job Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills “ English” is a must

Expert in Microsoft Office and related applications.

Experience in sales is preferable

Detail-oriented, flexible, adaptable, optimistic, dynamic self-starter

Able to work in a fast-paced, detail orientated environment

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Intermediate PC and PC application skills

Bachelor’s Degree, 23 to 30 years old

Polite, friendly attitude to deal pleasantly with customers

Ability to work under deadlines

Ability to travel to different cities in Egypt when necessary
