Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, arrange appointments and provide reminders. - Handle inquiries via email, ensuring effective communication. - Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary. - Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. - Develop and maintain a filing system. - Be a point of contact between the executives and company employees/clients and manage information flow
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role. - Detail-oriented with a knack for organization. - Resourceful and efficient, capable of handling a variety of tasks simultaneously. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles. - Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with other office management tools. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting
