Job Summary
Participate in developing bank procedures according to bank regulations, in addition Reviewing the special procedures of the various departments of the bank and making sure that the terms and conditions are applied
Responsibilities
Reviewing
procedures in coordination with related LOBs, considering segregation of
duties, clear roles & responsibilities, and adequate controls
Standardize
the bank's operations processes, ensuring that all procedures include end to
end processes and adequate controls to enable effective and controlled
transaction processing
Maintain
and update all amendments required in existing bank procedures, due to new
regulations, systems, policies, or new business requirements
Streamlining
processes to ensure removing bottlenecks and process efficiency, aiming to
minimize the TAT
Ensure
that any regulatory / audit findings related to procedures are considered by
the document owner
Ensure
that the procedures are not in conflict with related regulations or any other
procedures / policies
Reviewing
bank forms and ensuring alignment with related procedures
Qualifications
Bachelor's
degree holder (or above) in Business Administration
From
2 to 5 years’ experience
Diversified
banking experience, minimum 2 years in same field
Previous
experience in procedures/process management is preferred
Strong
understanding of process management techniques and governance
High
proficiency MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
Excellent
written and verbal communication skills & presentation skills
Team
Player with high productivity
