Job Description

Handling Customers Complains, and send them to the concerned parties

Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

Communicating with customers through various channels. (Calls & social media)

Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Knowing our products so that they can answer customer’s questions.

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Job Requirements
Education :

Bachelor Degree

Work Experience :

0-2 Years of Experience (Fresh Grads are welcome to apply)

Microfinance Background is preferable

Language proficiency :

Intermediate in both spoken & written English & Arabic language is required
