Job Description
Responsible for
developing sources of qualified applicants through internal (such as referrals)
and external recruitment tools (such as posting advertisements, employment
fairs and contacting recruitment agencies)
Supports the
recruitment process by screening applicants’ CVs for needed vacancies and
scheduling daily interviews with candidates
Coordinates with
department heads arrange for panel interviews to speed up the selection process
(depending on the urgency of filling the vacant position)
Supports the
hiring process through preparing contracts, approvals to hire, bank account
letters, etc
Responsible for
the full onboarding process
Prepare exit
interviews analysis reports
Training
Responsible for
providing training programs/ courses for Raya Trade employees
Acts as the
focal point of contact between Trade employees and Raya Holding(Training
Department) and Training providers
Responsible for
the coordination of the training courses and employees
Maintain and
update training database on HR System
Handles payment
arrangements for Trainings
Maintaining and
updating Performance Management system on HR System
Follows training
plan accurately
Job Requirements
Very good
understanding of Distribution employees’ required skills for different
positions
Very good
understanding of the different job descriptions of Raya Trade employees
Ability to deal
with resigned employees’ problems
Ability to
respond effectively to employees’ complaints or inquiries
Very good
understanding of the recruitment, selection and hiring processes
Bachelor degree
in Business Administration is preferable
0-1 Year of
Experience in the HR Field
Very good knowledge of Human Resources policies, procedures and principles
