Job Description
Plan, create,
publish and share new content (including original text, images, video and code)
on a daily basis that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand
awareness and encourages community members to engage with the brand
Set up and optimize
company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s
social content
Create editorial
calendars and syndication schedules
Manage and
oversee social media content
Responsible for
operation process optimization for digital channels, And provide any
recommendation to improve quality and increase customer satisfaction on social
media
Replying to all
of our clients queries and complaints and through all social media applications
Generating leads
to help the sales team
Assist in
planning, creating and publishing social media content
Creating a
report through the social media applications analysis and indicators
In-depth
understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithm changes
Demonstrated
experience and a passion for the social technology universe (i.e., Facebook,
Instagram, YouTube, Linkedin, TikTok, )
Analyzing and up
to date with the latest social media trends
Job Requirements
Atleast 1 year
experience in the same position
Creative and up
to date with the latest trends and algorithms
Proven working
experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
Excellent
consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication
skills
Demonstrable
social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
Knowledge of
online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
Positive
attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and
organisational ability
Fluency in
English
BS in
Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations
