Job Description

Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals

answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence

maintaining diaries and arranging appointments typing, preparing and collating reports filing

organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)

overseeing office supplies, equipment

Perform a variety of clerical duties as the face of the office, responding to calls, email requests, and questions

Prepare and mail outgoing correspondence
