assist patients and relatives on their arrival to the registration desks
through liaising with medical and nursing staff and being the first point of
contact to patients and their families
communicate effectively and with empathy with patients and
relatives on arrival to the ward
communicate
effectively, accurately, applying discretion , with written, telephone and
face-to-face contact, with patients and visitors
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor degree is a must
Training: Communication Skills & Customer Service
Good knowledge of English Language (Writing – Reading –
Speaking)
Very good in
computer skills (Microsoft word and excel)
