Your Role 

Coordinates & manages leadership's meetings, creates agendas, records meeting minutes calendar and paperwork, in a timely and accurate manner

Makes business travel arrangements, prepares travel expenses for leadership and/or team members with Purchase Order handling

Organize meetings, events, visits in terms of agenda, logistics preparation and inform all impacted parties in adequate time

Handles and keep up with office supply inventory

YOUR SKILLS 

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any relevant

Proven 1 to 3 years of experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role

Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications

Fluent English Speaker

Proactive and reliable person with outstanding communication and negotiation abilities

Excellent organizational and time-management skills
