Main Responsibilities
Perform regular visits/calls to branches, to track and keep close monitoring of the digital acquisition and track KPIs in assigned region
Build strong relationship with branches staff in assigned region and provide full support for any inquiry related to digital banking
Ensure branches front-liners provide
customers with full onboarding process (End-To-End)
Ensure branches front-liners providing customers with the full knowledge and key features of Mobile & Internet banking
Ensure branches and contact center users are effectively trained and having the up-to-date user guide
Track of customers’ complaints/issues and oversee their prompt resolution
Helping in Increasing the percentage of registration and activation of the digital channels’ services
Engage in creating new acquisition and activation plans to acquire and onboard new digital customers
