Job Description

Executing sales strategies.

 Place customer orders in the computer system

Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
Process orders, forms, and application 

Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software 

Handling escalated customer complaints.

Maintains sales reports

Document all call information according to standard operating procedures

Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls

Provide product and service information to customers

Setting marketing plans and Tele sales campaign in coordination with the Optical Business Development

Preparing reports and analyzing Tele sales data to improve processes, ensure resources are properly allocated, and maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.


Job Requirements

6 months to 1+ year Previous experience in a reputable call center.

Excellent customer handling capabilities.

Fluent English.

Proficiency with necessary technology, including computers, software applications, phone systems, etc
