Job Description

Manage Front Desk and coordinate front-desk activities.
Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers.
Provide support to managers and employees.
Manage and distribute information within the office.
Register Meetings and appointments.
Responsible for Meeting room reservations.
Ensure reception area is tidy, presentable, and functional, with all necessary stationery,
material and equipment maintenance.
Answer phone calls and transfer to designated recipient.
Handle minor tasks related to HR department.
Receive, greet, and escort visitors.
Provide general support to visitors.
Liaise with staff and other administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from
senior managers.
Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.

Job Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers an machines.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Excellent time management skills.
Ability to prioritize work. Attention to detail.

Ability to multi-task.
Be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effecti streamlining office operations.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision Experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant.
