Job Description

Issuing all the quotations and working orders for our clients.

Arranging event details such as Room meeting setup, flowers arrangement, Branding, group travelling details and Hotel group booking 

Handle and correspondence E-mails.

Assign Interpreters, Videographer & photographer for the event.

Maintain a monthly social media calendar


Job Requirements

Fresh graduate 

Bachelor degree preferred Mass communication 

Fluent in English

Excellent MS Office: (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Good observing Skills

Detail-oriented

Quick learner

High Communication skills

Preferable areas: Hadayak Al Ahram, Faisal , El Haram, October, El Sheikh Zayed
