Job Description
The Marketing Content Creator is responsible for developing and creating engaging and effective marketing content for the university. This includes writing and editing copy for promotional materials, creating visual content for social media and the university website, and working with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns. The content creator will also be responsible for ensuring that all content adheres to the university's brand guidelines and aligns with the overall marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Write and edit marketing copy for promotional materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media posts
Create visual content, such as graphics, videos, and photographs, for use in marketing campaigns
Work with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns
Ensure that all content adheres to the university's brand guidelines and aligns with the overall marketing strategy
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content creation
Collaborate with other members of the marketing team and other departments as needed
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
Strong writing and editing skills
Experience creating visual content, such as graphics, videos, and photographs
Familiarity with design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to brand guidelines
Experience in higher education marketing is preferred, but not required
