Job Description

Interact with UAE Elite and VIP customers to provide information in response to inquiries, ensure customer satisfaction

Resolve customer’s potential problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem and following up to ensure resolution.

Update client’s account data on the company website to follow up payment status, review contracted unit updates.


Job Requirements

Minimum experience 6 months 

English level B2

Max Age 32

Grads only

Must have military service Certificate

Flexible with rotational shifts
