Qualifications/ skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from renowned university
A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
Abel to multi task, set priorities, and manage logistics
Well-organized, detail-oriented, has good analytical skills, and good follow-up on tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Arabic
Preferred age is 24-45.
Preferred sex: Females
Job Duties:
Follow up and track progress of different projects
Perform researches and draft reports on behalf of executives
Perform analysis and create charts
Draft slides and presentations for executives
Manage calendar for executive team
Draft contracts, and proposals from templates.
Review and respond to emails on behalf of CEO
Respond to inquiries relating to KAD scope of services, obtain prospect client details, and schedule meetings.
Create social media posts based on available data
Proficient with creating Excel formulas, and presentations
Create advanced Excel formulas
Manage office vehicle daily route and booking
Make sure office has adequate office supplies, and maintain stock
