Customer Support Coordinator At Digital Bridges


Job Description

Responsible for answering all customers’ inquiries via WhatsApp, emails, and phone calls and ensuring that every customer is served in an efficient, thorough, and courteous manner.

Receiving reservations for customers based on their various requirements.

Accurately enter data into corresponding fields within various software programs.

Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation and make reservations if needed.

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Reporting customer complaints and any system issues to management and team.

Performing inbound and outbound calls to assist the customer with past, current, and future reservations.


Job Requirements

Customer Service Oriented.

Willing to work rotational shifts & weekends as required.

Working from Maadi's office.

Excellent computer background.

Excellent communication skills.

Good command of English.

Good command of Excel, and Google sheets/docs.

Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
