Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the talent management activities among the companies business units
Generate Talent Review exercises' periodical reports and consolidate them
Facilitate and coordinate the assessment centers setups
Coordinate and support in the talent review exercises among the group's business units
Maintain and coordinate the performance management system across all businesses
Generate the analysis after the closure of the Performance Management Cycle
Qualification & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management or HR is an advantage
0-2 years' of experience in Talent Management & Performance
Advanced in MS Excel
Fluency in verbal and written English
Professional communication and interpersonal skills
Passionate about numbers with analytical skills
