Answering Customer Calls
Handling Customers issues with efficiency and Proper way
Providing customers with the organization's service and product information
Following up complicated customer calls when
required - Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM

Good Command of English level
Completed or Exempted from the military Service - Cairo Residents Only
Good command of reading numbers -Good handling skills and communication skills
Ability to work in rotational shifts
