Job Description
To manage the day to day working of Trade Operations within various Trade Products such as: letter of Credit/ Guarantees/Incoming Documentary Collection.
• Handling and responding to client queries relating to all transactional activities within agreed turnaround times.
Follow up on transactions and track through to
completion.
o Properly monitor own transactions and ensure that any errors identified are escalated to Bank's seniors.
• Coordinate between clients, product, business and internal
partners to ensure transactions are processed in a timely
and accurate manner.
Resolve transaction services issues and use technical expertise/judgment to conduct analysis
Anticipate and respond to requests for transaction deliverables from internal and external clients and vendors.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
3-5 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated basic experience in Trade related products.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and data entry skills
CDCS/CDSG Certified is preferred.
