Call center: Handles all inquiries related to the Bank products/services & Marketing campaigns [Inbound/Outbound]

Customer Service Graduate trainee: Maintain a superior customer service experience with our client and ensure delivery of customer promise and practice brand values, continue to maintain and to improve the quality of service offered.

Digital Greeter: Promote and sell full range of products/ services to current and potential customers at the counter via creating leads / referrals on a daily basis.

Teller: Promote and sell full range of products / services to current and potential customers at the counter via creating leads/referrals on a daily basis.

Relationship Officer: Manage a portfolio of customers

achieving revenue goals, sales/service and portfolio growth targets across a range of products and services for a specific pre-defined set of customers to create a profitable durable relationship with 1-2 years in Retail Banking or customer service.


Job Requirements

Nature of job requires Excellent English, in presenting all business documents and report writing and in communicating with stakeholders.
