Promote the digital channels usage, highlight there benefits, and walk customers through the registration steps
• Accountable for boosting acquisitions and adoption of digital channels in the bank?s digital areas in line with set targets
Migrate customers from traditional banking to digital channels and optimize channel transaction levels
Monitor customer responses to digital channels, report customer?s feedback and suggestions to enhance the digital services
Submit digital performance tracker report to line manager
• Participate in the pre-launch testing rounds of the digital channels
• Handle all the on-the-go digital issues facing the customer
• Spot trends in customer behavior and share findings to enrich the digital proposition
