Customer Relationship Officer at EG Bank


JOB PURPOSE

The Customer Relationship Officer is responsible for marketing and selling the bank’s products and services through direct and cross selling techniques while maintaining a high quality service. In addition to developing relationships with customers and ensuring that their profiles are up to date.


MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACOUNTABILITIES

Develops sales action plan to market and sell the bank's products and services, in coordination with the branch manager

Identifies and acquires quality NTB [New to bank] customers through the various selling techniques and activation of referrals

Reviews and monitors daily activities related to sales and services to ensure highly efficient and effective results

Plans for field work by conducting weekly meetings to schedule sales visits and review performance indicators constantly

Submits related sales reports to Branch Manager provided with any required recommendations on a regular basis

Coaches and advises subordinates on how to target and increase sales opportunities by providing the necessary guidance and support to promote sales and service driven culture

Handles difficult or sensitive customer issues, requests and complaints and act to promptly address and resolve these issues in due time

Monitors staff performance and provide improvement opportunities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
