KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Responsible for the fulfillment of Employee inquiries including HR letters, statements…etc
Handling the employment contractual relationship management (Contract renewals and probation periods management)
Managing the performance of the HR Service Centre to ensure efficiency through maintaining high level of accuracy and quality standards
Monitoring the HR services tracker and ensuring frequent accurate reporting
Making sure that the addition and cancellation process for both medical plans is handled properly according to the policy
Responsible for handling medical services with the service providers
Handle all on boarding & Off boarding tasks
Ensure accurate additions & deletions for medical insurance
Ensure all governmental tasks are implemented on time
And any other Assigned tasks
Bachelor’s degree.
Basic Qualifications:
Good Knowledge of HR policies
Good Knowledge of Excel & MS office
