Job Responsibilities:
Provide customer support and responding promptly to all queries via phone, chat and email.
Assist customers with travel reservations, cancellations, ticketing, and other travel-related concerns.
Respond and resolve inquiries with active listening, and are identifying additional needs and support by suggesting upgrades in products and services.
Maintains the required knowledge level of the company’s products, services, & solutions and stick to the agreed on formal information sources to ensure delivering full and accurate information to the customer.
Follows the agreed on guidelines, policies, processes, & procedures to ensure maintaining the customer’s
Job requirements
Fluent English Speaker: level B2/C1
Basic use of MS Office packages
Effective written and verbal communication
