The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the onboarding experience of our new MAGRABians, as well as acting as a sourcing engine for the talent acquisition team to accelerate the hiring plan.
JOB TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage end to end on boarding activities/ plans for new hires with relevant stakeholders & line managersTrack the progress of on-boarding plans with different markets & departments until completion to ensure efficient on-boarding program
Responsible for the onboarding survey and the analysis & recommendations post the evaluations of all new joiners
Continuously enhancing & digitalizing the onboarding program to be efficient and productive for all new hires
Coordinate with internal stakeholders; Employee Relations Team, Payroll Team, Internal Communications Team, and the direct managers on all activities pre & post joining to ensure a smooth onboarding
Create & publish job ads in various portals & network with potential candidates through social media & other potential sources
Act as a Sourcing engine to the talent acquisition team to fill the roles with the suitable candidate • Handle interviews scheduling and follow up on interviewers' feedback
Create reports in order to ensure proper tracking of hiring & probation period
Support the TA team with all the reports and system needed actions (success factors once implemented)
QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in any of the relevant fields.0-2 years’ experience in Recruitment or HR Generalist role (fresh graduates with internships).
