Arranging Interviews & coordinate for the whole interviewing process, for Technical interviews & finals
Assessing the candidates according to the needed skills by using different type of assessment tools
Creation of offer letters to candidates
Handling the process for onboarding for the new joiners
Handling mass hiring campaigns
Responsible for attrition analysis reports & action plans
Follow the needed SLA for each job grade in hiring
Assessing the HR team in performance appraisal part
Handling System entries for onboarding
Responsible for hiring reports analysis & updates
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
Lead employer branding initiatives
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant / HR Diploma is a plus
Minimum of 2-3 years of Recruitment is a requirement
