Main Responsibilities
• Sourcing & screening applicants, conducting interviews, administering tests, checking references and background, and evaluating applicant qualifications
• Conduct interviews for the requested vacancies
• Monitoring the internal and external job posting program
• Establish contacts with educational institutions and recruitment agencies
• Participate in recruitment activities such as employment fairs
Job Requirements
• Fresh - 4 years of experience in HR
• English language proficiency
• University Graduate with grade Good (minimum)
• Cairo resident
• Have never been tested by Banque Misr
• No Relatives till 3rd degree
Language Skills
· Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
Soft Skills
· Good follow-up skills: the ability to understand; adaptability to process changes; and a strong sense of importance and ownership
· Strong analytical, high attention to detail, and creative problem-solving skills
