Customer Service Agent - Ramtrade


Job Description

Answers out coming calls by clarifying desired information, location, and providing information.

Maintains call center database by entering information.

Follow up clients calls where necessary.

Enter new client’s information into system.

Take part in supporting sales processes through data collected from clients.

Keep an updated database of client’s information/inquiries and send it to the concerned department for proper action accordingly.

Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics

Identify clients’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives

Achieving the highest customer satisfaction.

Any other duties related to the job.


Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in related field.

At least 1 years of experience.

Communication Skills: very good at interacting with prospective the clients.

Organizational Skills: They are able to manage several telephone calls.

Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism.

Ability to communicate in Arabic & English clearly verbally and in writing.

Night Shift - Prefer Males
