Job Description

Studygram Inc. is a global educational marketing and consulting agency with offices in Kuwait, Egypt, and USA. We are looking for a dynamic and details-oriented Customer Success Representative with sharp communication skills to join our expanding team.

This position will be vital in providing a comprehensive and excellent customer experience. Working closely with Students success team leader at Cairo branch, this position will facilitate phone, text, email, and virtual meetings for all student needs.

The Student Success Representative will be responsible for the continuous support of students and advising  to enroll in the suitable university abroad making it successfully to travel and enroll to start their studies.

Job Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in business administration, education, social science, or any related field.

1-3 years of experience in the same position.

Fluency in Arabic and English languages (Both verbal and written) is a must.

Professional Experience working with parents and students.

Familiarity with Assistive Technology related to computer us (Ex. CRM/Zoom/ Applications)

Details Oriented

Excellent communication skills, problem-solving, and learning

Knowledge of various national and international educational systems and universities admission systems is a plus
