Job Description

We are looking to hire (Compensation & Benefits Specialist) 

Responsible for Addition and deletion for the benefits participation.

Responsible to follow-up on new banks account.

Responsible to prepare salaries for subaccounts.

Participate in the salary Grading and annual increase.


Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred in business management.

Solid work experience in salary structure design, job evaluation and grading structure design.

Solid knowledge in benefits plans especially medical and life insurance

2 to 4 years of experience in HR (2 years in the similar position).

Excellent computer skills (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)

Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills
