Job Description
• Compiles attendees lists in a timely manner and reporting it to HC administration department for payroll purposes with certificate copies for personnel files for each run
• Provides the training operation division with the trainees' daily attendance at the morning of each training day
• Submits the necessary documents of the courses' payments to finance
Assures proper filling of participation certificates and documentation of any evidence of the final assessment, issued by external trainers
Prepares agendas for the weekly meetings, Distribution of
minutes of meetings to department staff
• Builds a library of standardized sectoral training outlines and course materials
Insures maintaining an updated training records with attendance status
Job Requirements
• BS degree in HR or related field is preferred
Prior experience in HR or training management
• Excellent communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Excellent planning and time management skills
