HR Functional Consultant is needed

• Fresh graduates are preferred.

• Experience 0-2 years.

• Fair knowledge of HR & Payroll policies.

• Fair knowledge of project implementations is a plus.

• Fair knowledge of Payroll systems.

• Excellent Communication Skills.

Excellent Training & analysis Skills.

• Strong analytical skills Attention to detail keen to plan ahead documents flow and project management.

A team player that eager for learning Work under their own initiative and utilizes new technologies.
Job Description :

• You should participate in every aspect of the implementation from analyzing the customer business requirements to configuring the Superbware HR HUB application to meet the customer needs.

• You communicate with the customer organization on many levels to obtain the necessary understanding of the business processes.

• You work with the customer Key Users to ensure a full understanding of the implications to the current business processes.

• Also create and present training materials for end-users.

• Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries concerns and requests about modules and services.

• Improves business performance by identifying problems and recommending system actions.
• Utilize technologies to provide solutions and solve complex problems that require creativity.
