2. Manage the relationship with E-commerce clients , maximize customer penetration while providing high level of services that meet the customers’ needs in order to ensure business growth , customer satisfaction while achieving the team set targets
3. Cross-sell the banks’ products to increase penetration ratio per customer to maximize bottom line profitability & increase share of wallet
4. Sell all E-Commerce features that suit the customers’ needs. Sell benefits and overcome objections by describing features and advantages of payment acceptance model, ensure that the model comply with merchant’s business model, and close the deal with an appropriate pricing model. And train the customers on using these features when applicable
5. Present E-commerce features to clients using the authorized techniques in order to meet customer’s needs and preserve CIB’s market share report any changes in merchants’ business models to the Supervisor and the Team Head in order to amend the service provided accordingly while ensuring closing deals with optimum pricing model
6. Handle merchant’s complaints to ensure effective closure of complaints within the set TAT to maintain customer satisfaction and ensure high standard service provision

7. Follow all relevant department policies, processes, and standards operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner

8. Follow up the day to day operations related to own jobs in the business banking department to ensure continuity of work
Compliance
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree of Commerce, Business Administration, Economics or of related field
• Technical knowledge in the following fields: E-Commerce platforms, online payments, web-design
