Job Description

Answering incoming calls in a timely matter and performing cold calls

Learn and follow instructions, use standard operating procedures and call scripts, FAQs as provided by management

Being on time and available for given shifts

Participation on all required training

Substitution of other agents if needed

Giving immediate feedback in case of any difficulties or issues with the used program

Rotational shifts for males and females

Last shift starts 10:00pm

Transportation Provided

Job Requirements

Max age 30

Needs fluent English speakers

Grads and Egyptians only
